About Vyott
Vyott focuses on property owners, who are the core base of customers and users. It simplifies the complexities in coordinating repairs in rental properties by allowing tenants, landlords, and property managers to submit requests that deal with problems and other maintenance services relating to rental properties.
It comprises of three client-facing platforms for;

My assignment was to reimagine and enhance the platform from scratch, centering on the business structure and user interface. This process necessitated the design of user-based tasks, branching decisions for each platform, enhancing selected features, and developing integration points for smooth interplay among platforms.
Proposed Features
Notification deep linking for enhanced communication.
Messaging capabilities on each platform for Property Owners.
Property Owners can assign tasks to Professionals based on time and availability.
Comprehensive information are available to both Property Owners and Professionals before task assignments.
Property Owners can rent properties immediately after adding them and securing tenants.
Integration with third-party platforms to source Professionals in case of unavailability.
Prioritisation of repair requests for efficient management.
Property Owners (PO)/Landlords
These are the core base, and they are customers and users of the platform. The focus needs will be the most valuable to this group - getting the repair people, paying Professionals, communicating with tenants, keeping track of items in their properties.
Tenants
Tenants can only access the app via a property owner/manager invitation link. On login, it populates property information such as address and items, and they can submit service requests for items provided by the property owner.
Professionals
Professionals aren't customers of the app, but they are critical to its success. The app leverages professional listings from apps and sites like Angi, Thumbtack, and eventually will run a two-sided marketplace that will allow these users to join the platform directly.
